Let it be said as my reflections of the artworks that I have done. I now have it named: “Electra-Logy” (from the terms electra and logos). This is on the knowledge of electra. About every single thing that describes my own self, as oneself with the mandate of gender as a female, born and grew up in Aceh until then live and work in Java.
My artwork is my space underneath the table; where I make signs, signing things, presenting the stories of anything that built the space itself. In “Electra-Logy” I would like to explore the knowledges to arrange the stories, starting from my own self, slowly step out, then coming back home for me to re-arrange and present them again. This may seem as between fiction and reality, but is there not any border in between? Both of them shaped my space underneath the table.
